I have a new-found sense of control over my life and an excitement for my future that was not there before.

I am appreciating this "bird's eye view" at the outset. This feels like a true diagnostic, highlighting baselines and a lot more specificity around what I hope to shift over the next few months, more than a simple assessment that I feel overwhelmed or even that's it's over-thinking that's overwhelming me.

My biggest ‘aha’ was that it is okay that I’m me and I bring value professionally. New language. I don’t have to say, I’m different or I’m slow. Also, that there is help — practical help of language to use, practices to begin — for me so that I don’t struggle so much with my work. I know I’m sensitive. I made it this far but in ways it’s been punishing and unhealthy. I am a powerful and smart and creative leader and I am ready to be kinder to myself, work in ways that are healthier for me and how my brain works, what my body needs. I’m looking forward to the growth ahead.
